Terrence M. Donahue, President
Prior to earning his degree in Construction from L.S.U. in 1975, Mr. Donahue learned his family's construction business from the ground up. His insistence on keeping Spartan responsive to the client's needs through personal service and the finest in computer technology has helped to build Spartan's reputation for excellence in construction.
Over the past 37 years, he has maintained a hands-on approach to all company projects. He constantly monitors and reviews the status of all projects under contract with the company.

Brandon M. Donahue, Project Manager
Mr. Donahue is a 2002 graduate of Louisiana State University in Construction Management. He has gained valuable project management experience, and has handled a number of large, complex projects for demanding clients.

Thomas J. Trythall, Project Manager
Thomas J. Trythall joined Spartan Building Corporation in 2002, after graduating from Brigham Young University with a degree in Construction Management. Since joining Spartan, Tom has successfully managed more than $50 million in commercial construction projects, and prides himself on the company’s consistent performance of completing projects on time and under budget. More than anything, Tom values integrity, hard work, and building relationships.

John E. Bezou, Project Manager
Since receiving his degree in Construction Technology from L.S.U. in 1974, Mr. Bezou has worked on many multi-faceted projects in the capacity of Field Engineer to Senior Project Manager. His return to Spartan in 1998 to manage U.S. Navy Projects has enhanced the company's commitment to the Navy as a valued, public sector client.
In the past 38 years that Mr. Bezou has worked in the construction industry, he has interacted with government counterparts, owners, architects, and engineers in negotiated, design build, and bid projects.

Mr. Navarre studied Architecture at Louisiana Tech University prior to recieving his degree in Construction from L.S.U. in 1981. He has earned an outstanding reputation with many clients as a superintendent and project engineer until 1991 when he became Spartan's estimator. He has been employed at Spartan Building Corporation for 25 years.
During the past 30 years, Mr. Navarre has worked in four states, Texas, Louisiana, Michigan, and Mississippi, on a wide range of projects. His experience in the field is an invaluable asset, especially on design-build work.
